So, on the way home from the store with Tommie we saw an asshole driving around in a truck much like this one, but not with the backseat and it was white. The reason I show this picture is that this ASSHOLE had his dog strapped to the back and standing on the compartment. If the dog were to fall off, it would break it's neck. I'm not even sure it could step down into the bed. So risky. Why the hell don't they just get a cage and put it in the bed? Ridiculous.

Anyway, was wondering if anyone knew what to do about this. His LP: AYX 3978. From Gordon/Georgia. Sad thing? They were going in the direction of the highway. :(
